Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

We ship from Perth, Western Australia. Some components are sourced from our supplier in China.

Request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. After that, we've likely already started your build — but you can still return it for a full refund once received.

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Shopify Payments. We also accept Bitcoin, Lightning, and Monero via our self-hosted BTCPay Server.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–3 business days, then dispatched the next business day. We don't process or ship on weekends.

Our keyboards are made to order, so allow 2–4 weeks total — including build time and transit. We'll give you realistic estimates and keep you updated on any delays.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, you're eligible for a full refund. Contact us at support@codered.lol.

Possibly. Import duties and taxes vary by country and are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details — we can't predict or cover these fees.

Email support@codered.lol. Under Australian Consumer Law, faulty goods can always be returned. We cover return shipping for defective products and don't charge restocking fees.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Card refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank.
